Trust & safety
Proof you can check, before you wire a cent
Numbers pulled from the source. Identity checked before money moves. Funds held in escrow by a licensed provider — never by us.
Revenue
Verified revenue is pulled straight from the payment processor — the seller never types the number in.
- Read-only OAuth to Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy pulls MRR and recent revenue at the source.
- Only processor-verified figures earn a revenue badge. Screenshots are labelled self-reported, never verified.
- Every badge shows the figure and the date it was pulled — a point-in-time snapshot, not a live feed.
Traffic
Verified traffic is pulled read-only from analytics, and we confirm the domain matches the listing.
- GA4, Plausible or Cloudflare connected read-only — we read analytics and nothing else.
- We check the analytics domain is the same one being sold, so a healthy property can't stand in for the listing.
- Badged with the source and the period the numbers cover.
Identity
Every party is identity-checked before any money moves — on both sides of the deal.
- Required to fund escrow or take a payout; never required to browse, message or list.
- Documents go to a specialist identity provider. We keep only a status and a reference — never your ID.
- Two-factor authentication is required on every money action.
Escrow
A licensed escrow provider holds every dollar — MicroExits never touches your funds.
- Funds release only when you confirm each asset has transferred.
- An inspection window protects you, and opening a dispute freezes the release.
- Bank wire and ACH only — the routes with the strongest paper trail.
Platform integrity
The whole deal stays on-platform, where its protections actually apply.
- Contact details stay masked until an offer is accepted, keeping deals inside escrow and the audit log.
- Duplicate and stolen-asset signals are flagged for review before a listing goes live.
- Every money movement, verification decision and admin action is written to an immutable audit trail.
Verified metrics are point-in-time evidence, not a warranty. Read the terms and do your own diligence before you buy.
